How long does made-to-order clothing take?
Made-to-order pieces take 2 to 4 business days to produce, and most orders arrive within 2 to 3 weeks. Items from our US partners ship in 1 to 5 business days and arrive 3 to 10 business days after that.
What is your return policy?
Damaged, wrong or defective items are replaced or refunded within 30 days of delivery. Made-to-order clothing is produced for you and can't be returned for a change of mind.
Will my order arrive in one package?
If your order includes items from more than one partner, it will arrive in separate packages.
